Crystal Palace vs Frederikstad is the Europa League Conference League playoff match, which will be the London club’s first European match since 1998-99 when they played in the Intertoto Cup.
Palace initially earned a place in the Europa League by winning the FA Cup. They were stripped of their place due to ownership disputes between them and Lyon, who also feature in the Europa League.

The game was surrounded by controversy after Eberechi’s first-half free kick was disallowed after Marc Guehi was within one metre of the wall.
