Defending champions Manchester United will host Leicester City after the Red Devils dramatically knocked out Arsenal in the third round on penalties.
That game will see Foxes manager Ruud van Nistelrooy return to Old Trafford.
Brighton & Hove Albion will play at home against eight-time FA Cup winners Chelsea while Aston Villa will host Tottenham Hotspur at Villa Park.
Meanwhile, Everton will meet AFC Bournemouth at Goodison Park.
Premier League leaders Liverpool will travel to Plymouth Argyle after the struggling Championship side recorded a surprise victory away at Brentford in the third round.
Last Non-League Team Standing
Dagenham & Redbridge, the last non-league side remaining in this season’s competition, will play Championship side Leeds United away from home if the Daggers can pull off a huge upset away at Millwall in the third round on Monday evening.
League One leaders Birmingham City will host Newcastle United in an intriguing fourth round tie at St Andrew’s while fellow League One outfit Exeter City will play at home against Nottingham Forest.
Doncaster Rovers, the only League Two side left in the competition, will be aiming to produce a huge upset at the Eco-Power Stadium when they challenge Crystal Palace.
Elsewhere, Coventry City will host Ipswich Town, Wolverhampton Wanders will travel to Championship side Blackburn Rovers, Southampton will take on Burnley at the St. Mary’s Stadium and Stoke City will host Cardiff City in all Championship affair.
Away Trip for Manchester City
Three rearranged FA Cup third round ties will take place on Tuesday evening after these matches were postponed over the weekend due to the freezing temperatures.
Premier League champions Manchester City will face either Leyton Orient or Derby County away from home in the fourth round while Fulham are guaranteed an away trip to League One opponents in the form of Mansfield Town or Wigan Athletic.
Elsewhere, Preston North End or Charlton Athletic will host League One high-flyers Wycombe Wanderers.
