Reading Man Tops Sofascore League One Player Ratings

EFL League One

Nine games into the League One campaign, and the league is starting to take shape. We’ve looked into who leads the League One player ratings according to Sofascore.

Recently promoted Bradford City have been the surprise package in League One this season. Nine games in, and they are top of the table on 20 points, having lost just one game. Despite their impressive start, none of their players make the top five average-rated players according to Sofascore.

In fact, none of the clubs in the top six have a player in the top five, with the top-rated player playing for Reading, who are currently 20th.

Here’s the top five League One players according to Sofascore.

5. Owen Bailey (Doncaster Rovers), 7.43

Doncaster Rovers midfielder Owen Bailey is fifth, rated 7.43 by Sofascore. Bailey is also the joint top scorer in the league with five goals this campaign.
