Stockport County Battle Luton Town for Premier League 22-Year-Old

League One duo Stockport County and Luton Town are set to battle it out for a Premier League defender. 

Dave Challinor’s side have been backed by the hosts of the League One Lowdown to win the title next season. Luton Town have also been backed to come in the top three.

However, their battle may start before the season begins with the two sides keen to secure the signing of the same player.

Stockport County have added the likes of Joseph Olowu, Tayo Edun and Arttu Hoskonen this window. Whilst Luton Town have secured Josh Keeley, Nahki Wells and Kal Naismith amongst others.

Stockport County Battle Luton Town for Burnley Defender

Luton Town is ready to battle Stockport County for the signing of Burnley’s Owen Dodgson. This is according to EFL Analysis.

The player has been on the books of Manchester United, Rochdale, Barnsley, Dundee FC and most recently Burton Albion.

He joined the Brewers in the January transfer window and impressed in his short spell at the club.

Dodgson made 22 appearances scoring one goal and providing four assists.
