Wycombe Wanderers have agreed a short-term loan move with Bracknell Town, with academy prospect Arthur Gregory joining the Southern League Premier South side for an initial 28-day spell.
The 18-year-old links up with Bracknell at a key moment in their season, with the Robins battling to pull clear of the relegation picture. They currently sit 14th in the table and have taken 13 points from their last 18 available, a run that has eased pressure after spending much of the early campaign looking over their shoulder.
Gregory has impressed since becoming part of Wycombe Wanderers’ newly formed academy setup in the summer. Despite his age, he has already made six senior appearances across all competitions, underlining the trust placed in him by the League One club.
The move sees Gregory reunite with academy teammate Jahiem Dotse, who is also currently on loan at Bracknell. The deal is scheduled to run until February 2026, subject to the usual review clauses.

Bracknell confirmed the signing on X, describing Gregory as a talented young full back who caught the eye earlier in the season when the two clubs met. The Robins added that they are looking forward to seeing the impact he can make during his time at Bottom Meadow.
Big move for youngster
Although still in the early stages of his career, Gregory already has experience of senior football environments. Earlier in the year, he made his professional debut for Wycombe in a 1-0 EFL Cup victory over Leyton Orient, a notable milestone following previous development spells with Brighton & Hove Albion’s academy and Worthing.
For Bracknell, the arrival adds depth and energy at the back as they look to build on recent results, while Wycombe gain another opportunity for a highly rated youngster to collect valuable minutes in a competitive senior setting.
They’ve been in great form of late, and while they’re labelled as strugglers right now, they are only 12 points from the play-offs, which may seem a reach. However, there is plenty of time left in the season to climb the table, if their form remains steady.
